Desciption

PL Splice Tape works manually with splice jigs such as Foldable Jig, Finger Jig, and Multi Jig for 8~72mm carrier tapes without any splice clips.


Application

1. Applicable Feeders

· Metal Sensing Smart Feeders : Fuji/ASMPT

· Color Detecting Smart Feeders : Universal

· Non-detecting Feeders (No Smart Function) : Europlacer/Mycronic/old Juki/K&S


 2. Applicable Splice Jigs

Instructions

1. Use the cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes.

2. Place the tape on the splice jig, and remove the release liner.

3. Place old and new carrier tapes on the tape.

4. Remove the protective tape after rubbing well.
