Smart Cart (SMC-100) solution is the best manual splicing process that works with Cutting Jig (CJ-172), Foldable Jig (FJ-172) and PL Splice Tape for 8~72mm carrier tapes.

Instructions

1. Cut the old and new carrier tapes (use the peel off function) on FJ-172 on the right pitch.

2. Remove the release liner of the splice tapes.

3. Place old and new carrier tapes on the tape.

4. Remove the protective tape after rubbing well.
